the location was wonderful near the common and walkable to many places i wished to explore. the decor had a thoughtful touch and everything felt fresh. the gathering space near the reception was a sweet spot for meeting before and after my daily wanderings.
the balcony was sadly unusable. a large air conditioning unit occupied the space and left no room to sit. there was no possibility of enjoying the outside from there. i found this particularly disappointing.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to many key areas. The staff demonstrated really good professionalism and attentiveness. Early check-in and late check-out options were very helpful. The views of the city skyline from my room were very pretty.
it was difficult to reach the front desk by phone, both before and , which caused slight inconvenience.

The room was very comfortable and the tub was full size, THAT was okay.
The balcony door in room 1916 was dirty, GROSS. The room felt a little worn and dated. It needed an upgrade. The heating system was REALLY loud and the room was freezing when I got there.
